Alfred Street is a lovely place to live; the neighbours are friendly and have a real community spirit, happy to help each other and watch over the street for each other. It's extremely clean, neat and tidy with all residents taking a real interest in keeping their properties neat and tidy so it's a great place to view.
It's so handy to the city and shops, but still quiet enough to make sure you dont feel like you're living on top of each other. It is a green, leafy and (unusually in this area) wide street with plenty of parking.
