Yumbo

Have been living around the area for around 8 years now. Close to the river, Freo and the beach. Good access to shopping at Garden city or around the O'connor/Melville areas. Only reason I'll be moving is if I can afford to move over to East Fremantle...Probably biggest drawbacks are it's not easy finding family sized houses and it isn't the best for transport links into the CBD but not really an issue for me.
