Garcia Lp

"Clean green parks, trees, birds, fishing, surfing, golf, sailing and peace and quiet - PERFECT !!"

Garcia Loop in Lakelands is a great street to live on. Opposite a HUGE park with giant eucalyptus trees with all types of birds and parrots galore. It has a massive sand pit, swings and other play equipment for the children and beautiful natural bush walk-through - complete with a path for safety.

There is very little traffic, and cars generally have to drive slowly due to the layout of the roads (no-one wants to speed past such beautiful scenery, anyway)

There is a highly respected private school very closeby and extensive plans for a high end shopping centre and two further schools.

It is very close to the main rail line to WA's capital and the new proposed main capital city by-pass will not only pass close by, but Lakelands will have its very own connection to this road plus an anticipated train station all of its own, so you can leave the car behind. It is also linked to a major roadway into a nearby city.

Add this to the Indian Ocean being on the doorstep as well as a natural estuary inlet and and an award winning peaceful holiday destination being a 5 min drive away, and you have the ideal location to raise a family or just kick back and enjoy the very best that nature has to offer in tranquil surroundings.

Golfing, sailing, fishing, surfing, eating out, staying home . . it's all here.
