"Six stars"
Ally and his team provided a superb service to sell my Lathlain property. Having moved interstate, Ally did a great job managing the trades required to fix some issues after the tenants left, covered the jobs the property manager (different company) should have completed, organised an awesome staging setup for the property and ensure the property was finalised for settlement. If I had been in Perth some of these jobs would have been possible, but the Think Pink team did a great job ensuring jobs were completed professionally and timely. All of this service was provided with a very competitive commission rate and professionalism. One of their recommended settlement agents provide a quality service to match the Think Pink service. The service was seamless between the team on Ally's rostered days off. Ally got a great price for the property above expectations which was already a higher target than other agents in the area. Highly recommend Ally and his team for selling. Six stars for sure. Cameron
