Lindon Strike Court

"Quiet upmarket court with large houses on acre blocks"

This court is very conveniently located. There is a State primary school, and private school within close walking distance. There is the Research strip shopping centre also within close walking distance. There is a Child Care Centre a few doors down from the schools. The bus offers a regular service running to and from the Research shops. There are walking tracks through the nearby bushland, and along the Main Street. It is a very rural area with many established gardens with large native and european trees. The people in this Court take care of their properties and this reflects in the prestige of the Court. The houses here are in the upper bracket for Research. There is a lot of native wildlife with many birds, blue-tongue lizards, echidnas, the occasional kangaroo, and the occasional koala seen here. People here encourage the wildlife, and I think every property would have water features at the very minimum for wildlife. The Court tends to mainly be a family area due to the large homes and acreages. Although the Court is entered off the Main Road, traffic is at a minimum - only the court families - which allows safety for the children here to ride their bikes - especially as the verges along the court are very generous. To sum it up, this Court is the most desirable address in this suburb, and even in the surrounding suburbs, and the very low turnover of homes, and the high price achieved when there is a sale, reflects this.
