Beautiful area yet close to suburbia shopping. Town-water, 5000m2 blocks. We have lived in the area for 18years and will regret leaving when we downsize. It's nice having the local bus come down the street to go to The Plaza. The area has grown with infrastructure for the better compared to years ago. Have never had a issue when any neighbors. A friendly wave is nice and ok to borrow a egg or cup of sugar. A great place to get a good nights sleep day or night. The local RSL club is 5mins away
