"Top price at first inspection - another great effort"
Ian was persistent from start to finish in selling all the units. He sold this one at first inspection, despite it being tenanted and still got a great price. I would recommend Ian to anyone selling and wanting a great result with little fuss. Great communication at all times and easy to deal with.

Ian was very helpful with the purchase of my new property. He made a follow up call to ask my thoughts after my first inspection at an open home but was not at all pushy. He was happy for me to bring my family around to view the property, answer any questions and take measurements. He guided me through every step of the purchase and was always available to be contacted if needed. I am very happy with my new home and thank Ian for all his help. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
