21 chandlers great street. little traffic during day .no trucks ,quiet after 6.30, me have a side street out front .bus less than minutes walk,entry to city 2-3 minutes ,,easy ,{10} minutes to best ,biggest shopping centre .{Marion}. go to Brighton Beach under 10 minutes drive..great Pub on beach ,,nicest food..20 minutes drive to city ..30 minutes to get home..easy to cruze 20 minutes sth to Moana beach {.drive car on } take dog for run ..feel s like[ living in country ]yet close to city. Neirbours quiet ..keep to them self..lots of older own owners in this surburb..great park down 3 minute walk. tennis,, cricket,,bigger enough for dogs and has little kids BMX track..LOCAL SHOPS well great friendly service,, from post office,, to fruit market ,,to award winning restaurant,,dvd shop,,fish shop all 2 minutes drive ..leave work car out front all time.. never been touched..it loving suburb which is best of the south of the city bye far ...house are mostly 60s -70 s double brick 800sp metres to 900 sp metres blocks ,,stable and a little slope with veiws yet so queit and the birds..nicest place to live ..

no probelms .like white ants ,,too many trees ,,at fire risk,,to many units ,,too many flats,,too many renting houses,,too much traffic through back streets,,noses neirbours , young car people up all hours,,,steep blocks,,one way in ..one way out.{not good} police and fire too far,,too many shops in middle of surburb,,schools too far,,just bad surburbs with nothing there except a house with your neighbour looking in your bath room window..Ohalloran hill big blocks ,very private..good luck..
