Jason was excellent and supportive through the process. He was very accomodating with inspections and very friendly to everyone, and always early. He was quick to get any extra info we asked for and had great communication. Jason made sure to get any little fixes done and send us photos, and generally went above and beyond to help us in the buying journey. Would definitely recommend Jason if youre selling your property. Thanks Jason!

Jason helped us find a home after struggling to get a place for 3 months. He took the time to listen to our situation and understood our struggle. He got us a beautiful apartment in less than 24 hours. Straight to the point and very kind personality. Would definitely recommend Jason if your ever looking for a good and honest agent.

Ive recently rented an apartment from Jason and Obsidian properties. He has gone above and beyond to assist me with completely my rental agreement and went out of his way to ensure I got the keys at a time that suited me. A lot of agents dont give time and energy to renters, only home buyers but I was made to feel important. I feel assured that if I have any dramas with my apartment Jason will treat it with urgency and professionalism.
