"Extraordinary job"

We originally contacted Karen about a property she had listed. The property wasnt for us but Karen kept in regular contact with us, updating us about new and upcoming properties. We were so impressed with Karens genuine commitment to finding us the right home that we knew she was the perfect agent to sell our home. Everything about Karen was amazing. Her fantastic communication skills, her attention to detail, her thoughtfulness, her kindness, her knowledge of the market and local area, her networks and even her eye for style! We were confident that all the advice she gave us about selling was realistic, well informed and in our best interests and we loved that she even gave us tips on how to dress our home before our photographs! Karen did an extraordinary job of marketing our property. Our first open home inspection attracted over 30 sets of buyers which led to multiple contracts and a sale price significantly higher than the asking price. We were absolutely blown away and delighted! Everything happened so quickly! Karen made the sales process so easy for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. It was always a pleasure to see her and she even popped in to see our new house after our sale completed which was lovely! We would happily use Karen to buy or sell again and we'd wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. We are extremely grateful for everything she has done for us.

"Amazing Agent"

Karen was trustworthy, reliable, honest and did an amazing job of marketing our property. She even gave us interior design tips on how to present the property for both the photographs and open homes. Our first open home attracted over 30 buyers which in turn lead to multiple contracts on our property which sold for over the asking price. Karen was a fantastic communicator even contacting us after hours and opening the office on a Sunday so that contracts could be drawn up and signed. After the contracts were signed Karen kept us regularly updated on how our sale was progressing right through to completion. Karen made the sales process very easy and I would highly recommend her. If you are looking for an agent who can attract buyers to your property and also achieve the highest sale price for your house definitely give Karen a call.
