"Process was stressless"

I find the whole process was stressless, the communication was good always being provided with information I needed and not being bombarded with unnecessary emails. My enquiries were answered promptly always taking in account my needs that Love made an effort to understand from the beginning

My experience with One Agency has been great! Rakesh waadhwa helped me and my family to be in our first home. He made the buying process so much easier for us by supporting us on every step. He wasnt only selling the property for the vendor, but he was also making sure that as a buyer we understand the whole process. "Best Agent Going Around"

Extremely professional. Dealt with Rakesh and have to say the best agent around. Knows exactly what he is doing and in a very professional manner. "Ability to listen"

Word's are not enough to express my gratitude to Love Wadhwa and Dichhya! Myself and my whole family is very much thankful to them, who helped us to purchase a first family house. Being a newbie in the property market and without having proper knowledge we were lucky to found them as our real estate agent. They have the ability to listen with great patience and give utmost respect to his clients. They been answered the questions on all mode of communication and even some time if the matter requires urgency they answers till night beyond working hours. Due to an emergency in family, i need to travel overseas to look after my parents. Where as the whole process of the purchase of property was completed while i stayed overseas. "Proactive"

Thank you very much to Rakesh for always helping us everytime we need him. We had to change our property agent and had to ring Rakesh as he has been our previous agent when we sold our first property. He immediately referred us to their partner agent who manages rental properties. We were very happy that we got to deal with very professional and proactive agents to manage our rental property. They took over the management of our property on the 29th of March and today we already got our new tenants signed their contract of lease.
