"Never use this property manager."

* She paid the rent money to the previous owners but didn't tell us. We had to find this out from the real estate agent. * I tried contacting her via phone calls, text message, and email to find out where this was up to as we hadn't heard anything, but I was ignored. * I had to inform the real estate agent who then had to send you an email before she would reply to my request. * When I finally heard from her, she said that she was out of the office, but we should have received a message to inform us of when the office would be closed. * We received a statement which did not state how much the rent was, or how much she paid herself. When I replied to ask for this further information, which as the owner I am entitled to know, my request for information was ignored. * I continued to attempt to contact her many times to request this information but still she ignored me. This is not good property management. * I had to contact the QLD department of Fair Trading for them to get the rent money from that was owed to us 2 months earlier. * It was her mistake to pay the rent to the old owners, and we should not have been made to wait 2 months for the funds. I have now changed property management, but advise other people to not sign up in the first place.
