We are buyers. Rohan created the impression, and my wife and I could feel his confidence, in control and that he was essentially there to help. During the auction, we were nervous and wary enough, thanks to Rohan's excellent communication skills, and he employed humour and put us at ease. In the beginning, we knew about the property from the Noel Jones Blackburn website, and because of Rohan, we finally got it. Thank you, Rohan and all the team members are the best.

"Enormous local knowledge and great experience"

Next time I buy or sell real estate I will be going straight to Rohan. We sold in a difficult, declining and uncertain market but Rohan, backed up with hard data, enormous local knowledge and great experience guided us assuredly to a great result for us and the buyer. We got the price he predicted: above what we thought and well above competitors who were already trying to manipulate us with low-ball estimates. But also below those trying to seduce us with silly over-estimates. Thanks Rohan.
