I’ve lived in Nundah for 10 years including 3 years in Westacott St. Previous reviews don’t do Westacott St justice. It’s a quiet street with the normal amount of local traffic flowing through. People living here are nice and respectful of others living close by. It’s a 3-4 minute walk to Toombul train station and a 5 minute walk to Toombul bus station. I work in the city and it’s an extremely convenient trip, less than 15 minutes to Central station with trains leaving every 3-5 minutes during peak hour. My commute to work from my front door to my desk is less than 30 minutes. I’ve never experienced crime while living here.

Toombul shopping centre is a 5 minute walk and Nundah Village is a 5 minute walk also. The new development Circa Nundah is going to bring more eating and retail options within walking distance to the area as well. Kedron Brook is less than a 5 minute walk and is a fantastic place to exercise or run through. There’s a fantastic big playground and bbq area and is great for families or anyone wanting to enjoy Brisbane’s fantastic outdoor lifestyle

It’s an established street in an established neighbourhood with numerous bike, running/ walking paths and plenty of open space for everyone.

Very close and convenient to the airport and DFO stores. In a matter of minutes you’re on the Gateway on your way to the Gold or Sunshine Coasts.

Nundah and the “old Toombul” is a great suburb which has gone through real estate and lifestyle booms and due to it’s location and amenities, will continue to boom and become one of Brisbane’s best suburbs. I’m holding on to my property!
