stanhopes

Large blocks of land, big homes, excellent schools, close to shops at Stanhope Village and Rouse Hill, travel to city is via car on the M2 or by the T-Way bus. The area is very new, having been built largely in the last 6-8 years and still growing, on the site of an old dairy farm.
The street itself is becoming busier due to volume of people now living in Stanhope Gardens, it is a main thoroughfare. Not a main road by any means. A plus is that the road is nice and wide and lined with trees. I lived on this street for 6 years and didn't find the traffic level too bad, and didn't notice any traffic noise.
For entertainment, close by are Rouse Hill, Mean Fiddler (family-friendly pub, except on Friday night!), and not far to Castle Hill, or Blacktown.
