I have dealt with Tara as a tenant and as a landlord, over the past decade. She goes over and above what is needed every time. She is a rare gem in the world of real estate. They do not get any better than her. If only there were more Tara's.

"A truly wonderful agent"

Although I didn't get the property, a little disappointing, but more importantly, I just wanted to say thank you, your a truly wonderful agent, from making an extra appointment for me to see the property this morning, letting me know you were going to be 3 minutes late, giving me a buzz to advise I wasn't successful, and then giving me advice on my concerns! I have rented, i have also owned property that has been leased through an agent on behalf, and I have never had the service you have provided, so I just wanted to give you a little high five, and commend you on your work ethic and service :)

I would like to express my appreciation for the effort Tara has put into managing my property in East Brunswick, Melbourne. TLH Real Estate puts in 150% to secure the perfect tenant and landlord combination. Respect for my personal attachment to the property was taken into consideration and there has never been an inconvenience. Ive always felt well looked after no matter what problems arise from the property. The quality of service could not be bettered by another agency. "I have had no better person as a rental manager than Tara Hore!"

In my 35 years as an owner in the rental property market, I have had no better person as a rental manager than Tara Hore. Ive been extremely fortunate that she has managed my numerous rental properties for more than 5 years where she has been seen to adopt a most efficient and seamless approach. One of these properties is a challenging 1920s block of 4 flats that has required extensive repairs/replacements over the years which have been most competently overseen by her. The inevitable crises which have unexpectedly occurred over the years with my properties and tenants have been handled in a prompt, calm and logical manner by Tara. Her communication and negotiation skills are seen to be excellent, whilst the tenants have been observed by me during site inspections to relate extremely well with her. She shows a keen interest in the monitoring of my rental properties such that I always feel completely confident in leaving her in total management control during my frequent and lengthy overseas travels. Tara can be best described as a person who doesnt let things happenshe makes things happen; in other words given her experience and hands-on approach, she often anticipates potential problems and then sets about promptly correcting them in a most proactive manner. In conclusion, I would fully expect from my direct observations as a thoroughly satisfied landlord, that Tara and her Company, TLH Real Estate, will continue to do extremely well in the competitive rental management market.
