Winnie looked after me for three years when I rented a granny flat in Mont Albert. During that time we had the pandemic so she took care of things remotely for the two years and kept the landlord and myself very happy with her attention to detail. Thanks Winnie

"worst ever property manage"
Winnie from Vic Prop is the most unprofessional property manager I have ever met. the property is 2/114 Shannon Street box hill north 3129. She has prepared a condition report with a darken , yellowish photos to hide marks and dirt on the walls and the floor. Im telling that she has done it intentionally because when I asked her to send clear photos to prove that I have made a scratch on the floor, she sent me very clear photos of the same with marks on the walls. She has put unclear photos in the condition report while keeping very clear photos with her. It is obviously a deceitful work that she has done to take our money for cleaning and marks when we leave. She tried once to charge more money saying that we have paid a partial payment. we have never paid partial payments and when we asked her to double check her side. She shouted at us over the phone demanding us to prove by sending her bank payment details. She shouts at her client without checking her work and also the fault is at her end. I complained it to Consumer affairs and they asked me to take a rental ledger. The rental ledger says something different. two three partial payments and later corrected that no balance due. she never accepted that the mistake was from her side and never apologised. She never listens to what we say and just keep talking and talking in a very unprofessional manner. I had to contact her more than ten times to fix a mesh door which she agreed to replace before the rent begins. She gave us a house which was not maintained properly for years and not cleaned. We cleaned the house as we cannot live in a dirty place. As we informed that we are leaving at the end of the lease, now she is demanding to clean it better than how it was. After advising her to not to contact for the same reason again and again she keeps sending emails. I asked her to take action instead sending warnings to me. She never takes action and keeps sending warning emails that I'll do this and that. She didn't let us live peacefully in this house throughout the whole period. It was a harassment for me. We requested to change the property manager to Vic Prop. Finally the Head of the Department of Vic Prop agreed to communicate with me about the property instead Winnie. Really bad customer Service skills and unprofessional agent. I have lived in rented properties for 6 years in Australia. Winnie is the worst agent I met during this time. Her practice is unethical, deceitful, Unprofessional.

"Worst Possible Agent"
Winnie is the most unprofessional and unreliable agent to ever have. She sent fake eviction notices and did nothing to repair a property. Namely 16 Cumming St Burwood 3125 Victoria. The house was poorly managed, heating did not work, there are a family of possums in the roof and the floors were disgusting. There were so many things wrong with the house but in order suck up to the owner of the property, she approved very little maintenance work and was wanting to increase rent for such a property already charging $580 per week. In the midst of the pandemic she evicted us because of the continual requests to provide a basic functioning home without leaks, pests and other major issues.

It was such a delightful experience dealing with Winnie. She didn't treat us as just property owners but really cared for us and had our best interest at heart. Her professionalism was beyond expectations. She was accommodating, friendly, helpful and professional. Would want to deal with her again. Thank you for all that you have done, Winnie
