Reviews of Vale Street, Heathmont
"A stones throw away from all the action!"
This tree lined street set off many wonderful period homes.
Many of the homes have been extended and renovated.
Most homes are well kept with green nature strips.
It has great access to Ringwood Station, Eastland and Aquinas College.
Great little pocket of Heathmont, the street atmosphere is great, very friendly.
During the Christmas period lots of homes decorate the outside of their houses with light for others to admire!

"Multicultural & dog lovers delight"
I always see people walking their dogs and they stop and have a friendly chat.
All people I've met since living here have been very kind.

"Quiet & friendly street."
Moved in this year, neighbours are friendly and helpful.
2 minute drive to Eastland/Ringwood station, very close proximity to great restaurants/cafes, schools (Aquinas College being a short walk away) & freeways.
Looking forward to many years ahead.
My only issues is with the lack of footpaths but that is common in the Heathmont area.

"Quiet and Friendly"
Original houses in this area were built in the 1960's. Many of the original owners are still in occupation which places the average age of residents up there a bit, but it is a good place to live.

"Nice quiet street, some residents just keep to themselves but most are freindly."
Our street is very central to most facilities eg; ringwood pool, football, cricket, schools, shops and the soon to be opened eastlink. As we live on the corner of a court it is quite safe for the kids to play out the front as traffic is light. Some residents could keep thier gardens a bit tidier but overall it is neat.
Sounds like there might be some bargains in the area in the future as retirees sell up?
