Valley Heights, NSW 2777

Valley Heights offers a peaceful lifestyle, but still with the convenience of a local train station with fast trains into Sydney and the beautiful Springwood village just a couple of kilometres away which offers everything from fine dining, live music to an IGA and everything in between.

My wife and I have lived in Valley Heights for 4 years and it is where we chose to start our family (we are in our early 30's now). The suburb is small and friendly but you can still walk to Springwood (the nearest town) or get a bus / train if you feel a little less energetic.
There is a mix of retired and family house compositions and most of the properties are owned rather than rented. There are some fantastic little bush walks around the suburb and it is so peaceful I normally get home from a busy day at work and I'm relaxed just walking down our path!

Springwood & Winmalee have most of what you need for shopping nearby (Coles / IGA / local butcher etc) but Penrith is a short hop down the hill if you are looking for a little more variety. Childcare is available in adjoining suburbs and we have always been able to see a doctor when we need to in Springwood.

I highly recommend Valley Heights to anyone looking for a little piece of tranquillity that has good access to everything you need.
