Reviews of Vermont, VIC
"Quiet Living"
A quiet and neighbourly suburb, Vermont is a popular choice for families. With a variety of primary and secondary schools such as Vermont Secondary College, Emmaus College Vermont Primary and St Timothy's Primary.
Brentford Square is a local shopping centre which covers all your needs. With lovely Parklands and Reserves including Bellbird Dell Reserve as well as Vermont Tennis Club and Morack Golf Course, makes Vermont attractive family living.

"Neighbourly and quiet"
Vermont is a lovely suburb to live in and offers many parks, but still local to parks and transport links.
It's in the middle of a few major shopping centres and train stations (Mitcham would be the closest) , but a car will be need to get there or there are bus links.
I've rented and managed many rental properties in Vermont and can confidently say its very popular due to the schools (which pushes prices up), big blocks and parks/walking tracks.
