"Close to central Mitcham"
I manage many rental properties on Victoria Ave on behalf of landlords and have always found it to be a great spot.
It is walking distance to shops, train station, cafes, parks and lots more.
While it can be used as a cut through to many streets and can be busy, overall I would recommend this street for investors as its great location always attracts lots of potential tenants and achieves a decent price.

"Close to the Beautiful Halliday Park!"
One of Mitcham's original streets, Victoria Avenue was established when roads and naturestrips were wide and gutters were made from cobblestones. This quaint street is home to a number of beautiful old weatherboards dating back as early as 1910, while others have been built in the 70s and 80s as the demand for this area grew. Britannia mall and shopping village are at one end of Victoria Street, giving residents easy access to groceries, hairdressers, chemist, cafes etc. Also close to schools and the beautiful Halliday Park, Victoria Avenue is popular with young families.
