Noise from train station in Warleigh Grove, Brighton?

Hi, I am thinking of buying a property in Warleigh Grove near north Brighton station but am concerned about the noise level from the station. Does anyone know if noise is an issue near this station?

Not really an issue unless you are super sensitive. This line is the best because it doesn't run freight or vline.
