Reviews of Warradale, SA

"Close and connected but still quiet"

Living in Warradale certainly has its perks, being right next to Marion shops, the swimming centre and bunnings, public transport at the train line. Warradale still boasts quiet streets perfect for walking the dog with multiple parks nearby, plus only minutes to the beach.

Other nearby shops are Coles just moments away at the end of Dunrobin on Diagonal Road, and the Warradale hotel, which is great for weekend dining.

There is a mixture of original and new homes throughout Warradale making each street quite unique in appearance.
Since living here I've got nothing but good things to say!

"Great local community spirit - I know all of my neighbours"

I have lived in Warradale now for 8 years and love it. 2 minutes to the beach or shops of Glenelg without the noise.

2 minutes in the other direction to Marion Shopping centre and cinemas, Choice of the Marion outdoor pool or the new Aquatic centre.
Easy access to the city, bus, tram and train all nearby. Great dog park local too

"Have your cake and eat it too"

I can highly recommend warradale as an area to live. It's close to Brighton Beach, the shops, and to public transport (both bus and train). The local public schools are all first class, and there's some highly regarded private schools nearby too.

"A very convenient place to live and easy access to public transport, shopping and beach. A great lifestyle"

Great convenient place to live. Nice wide street. Plenty of parking and our street (Struan ave) does not seem to attract hoons. We are very impressed with lots of small parks and open spaces the council leaves and generally homes are very well kept except for the obvious rented ones but they are all slowly being knocked down and replaced with more modern homes.

"A nice green area"

This is a nice area down south. Close to the beach and Marion there is a bit to like. It is also a bit more 'green' than its neighbours with number more trees lining the street giving it a cooler feel.

Public transport services the area well with trains and buses, and it’s not a long drive into the city.

There is a good blend of houses in here with plenty of townhouses for younger people or people looking to downsize.

Being so close to Marion centre there are plenty of places to get out and have a night out, be it to have a meal or a few drinks.

The streets are quiet and well laid out with schools and pools close by
