"great street and one of the very best the area has to offer."
I have sold 24 properties in the street and recently sold No3 and No 40 we always have a very good database of buyers wanting to purchase in the street/ area.The even numbers in the street back onto the reserve to Manly Dam and is also only short walk to all the amenities the suburb has to offer, a great family street to live in .Also we a number of parties willing to lease in the street.
