Waterston Gardens, Hillarys, WA 6025

We have lived in Waterston Gardens for 16 years, it is a non thoroughfare part of Hillarys that is very
much a very quiet green park area with two lakes and wild life, a two minute walk to white sands and aqua waters. Dog friendly [no nuisance dogs allowed] for well behaved canines together with a childs play area makes this an ideal part of Perth for retirees and families alike. Excellent shopping, Colleges, Medical Centres with a 12 minute ride up the Freeway to Joondalup Hospital. Bus route to the train station which is an 8 minute car ride. Local Government maintains the parks and do an excellent job of it too. For those that want a Marina there is the Hillarys boat harbour with entertainment and a wide sellection of shops and alfresco dining. Plus the Hillarys Yacht Club.
For those that like to bike ride there is a cycle path that runs along the coast for several klms.
