"Established wide & leafy streets. Character homes."

Established wide, leafy streets. Great streetscapes unspoilt by ugly new builds. Walk to CBD

"City Central - So close to everything"

We love Wayville. So close to the CBD, Parklands and public transport. A quick single stop train ride to North Terrace for all the Education, Health and Entertainment you could ever desire.

We love how close we are to the businesses along Greenhill Road but how quiet our street is in the evening and on weekends. The farmers market at the Showground is fabulous and a quick bike ride gets you into the Mall in no time.

Lots of sporting clubs, shops and services dotted throughout the suburb too. We wouldn't live anywhere else for quids.

"So close to the CBD!"

Wayville is a brillianrt suburb so close to the city about a 20 minute walk, only 3 bus stops and one tram stop!!! Filled with character homes some in the million dollar price range and wide tree lined streets. Trevelyan, Davenport and Young some of my favourites. Close to the gorgeous little shops on Goodwood road and then the brilliant retail and food outlets on King William St. There are a few parks in Wayville but when your opposite the southern parklands who needs a park! Great place to live

Great for

  • Character homes
  • Close to the city
  • Close to cool shops and food outlets

Not great for

  • Cant think of any!!!

"Young Street - picture perfect"

Well i find Wayville to be brilliant, then i'm bias as i live here and have done for the past 3 years; after living in the CBD Wayville feels like a world away albeit 5 mins from the core of the city.

Right on the city fringe, close to transport and small village shops; close to Hyde Park with all the retail therapy one would desire.

Great eating; my fav. would have to be Thailand in Hyde Park; AMAH-ZING.

Close to the airport, which i find great as i fly in/fly out alot for work currently.

The showgrounds are very close which i feel is a positive.

The streets are tree lined and very leafy; the City of Unley Council is very clean and up to date with all aspects of the community.

I had always wanted to live in a city fringe area and the cottages through this area are to die for.

if it was Melbourne you'd be paying closer towards 800K for a cottage where in Wayville you are looking at more like 530-600 for a good specimen which are now becoming a rare find, we've got ours!

"A family-friendly spot with charming homes and leafy streets"

Situated to the immediate south of Adelaide and nestled against the southern parklands, Wayville is a popular suburb for families.

Wayville is in a great location. It is just a 10 minute drive to the CBD, with excellent access to public transport. Or otherwise hop on the tram and you’ll be by the beach in Glenelg in no time. The shops and facilities along Anzac Highway are just around the corner, or otherwise take a 10 minute drive east along Greenhill Road and you’ll be at the huge shopping complex of Burnside Village

The streets are wide and leafy, with many older homes that have undergone charming renovations.

Parking can be tight at the best of times. However Wayville is the location of the Royal Adelaide Showgrounds, and so street parking can be close to impossible on any weekend that there is something going on there (which is quite often!).
