"Leafy and quiet suburb with lots of potential"
Despite poor wireless internet reception, the street is neat and quiet except when there's a storm, leaves are everywhere (goes to show how leafy the place is). It's right next to the Oatlands border, for some, Oatlands would be consider the high end of Parramatta where massive mansions are built.
