"Just Wonderful"
Gwelup,and inparticular the Willows Estate is a great place to live. There is a country town spirit, but only minutes away from the CBD. With 60% of gwelup still parks and wet lands, there is load for the family to do on the weekends, with bush walks and bike rides. Everyone in Gwelup seems to have a respect for their neighboors and the enviroment. The locals generally stick to the speed limits in the different estates and watch out for young children playing or cycling.
The Plaza is a great place to shop, with the growers mart providing the best fruit and Veg. B Bar Cafe is a great place for a coffee, breakfast or lunch, and do the best woodfire pizzas.
All in all Gwelup is a great place to live especially if you have a young family.We bought our home in the Willows through Alan Turner of Principle Property. The Local Agent. If you are thinking of buying in gwelup talk to him , he has all the local knowledge.
