Wisteria Place is the best street in this Estate. It is one of the newest estate in Springvale South. The homes are immaculate and low maintenance, very easy to live in. Perfect for young families looking for something new but also want to be in a location that you can walk to most amenities. There is a local tennis club a few doors down as well as the Athol Road Shopping Centre. Locals can find the freshest food daily here, it is only less than 45km from the CBD. Perfect for young professionals.
