Which west side suburb to build in?

Hi guys, my partner and I (young couple) are first home buyers. We'd ideally like to break out of the rent cycle and are looking to build our own home. However we are having trouble deciding where to buy with so many options! Would you guys recommend Truganina (and if so, the north end or the south end), Deanside, Burnside, Werribee, Tarneit etc? Any particular estates that you recommend? Anything else we should consider apart from the usual proximity to school/train stations/etc?
