"A hidden gem!"

Woodcroft is a very desirable suburb with beautifully presented homes and gardens. At the heart of Woodcroft is Woodcroft Lake, a beautiful scenic, lake which has a jogger's track, playground, netball and tennis courts. There is also Woodcroft Neighbourhood Centre, a hall which has been reconstructed last year for $5+ million, giving beautiful views for the lake, perfect for a party. There are many other parks, and open
areas. Woodcroft is also very convenient in terms of public transport, there are 3 train stations in close proximity, in addition to very frequent bus services going to Blacktown Station and other areas directly. Buses towards Blacktown Station come every few minutes during peak time. Woodcroft Centro has around 30 shops, including: supermarket (Coles), health and beauty (pharmacy, salons, nail spa, massage),fresh food (bakery, meats, indian store) and fast food & casual dining (subway, mcdonalds, chinese, sushi, pizza hut, gloria jeans). The people of Woodcroft are very kind, showing a friendly neighbourhood. I have been living in the area for almost 15 years, and absolutely love it here!

"Very nicely maintained suburb.. Well Underrated"

This is pretty good/quite suburb, with well maintained houses and parks. It has beautiful lake and overall friendly community. It is under rated when compared with other good suburbs like Quakers hills etc.
It has potential to outgrow in coming years as neighnouring doonside is also getting better with lot of good people buying in and changing the feel of the area..

"Very nice place"

It's a very nice place, considering it is surrounded by the tacky areas of Doonside and Marayong. Houses are large and pretty with maintained gardens. People are concerned about their area Ive noticed so they keep the place nice and tidy. I like it a lot. My only complaint is that is far from the CBD. There is a nice lake, however, with lots of green open space and it is very well designed

Rentals in Woodcroft

"Friendly people and nice environment"

We are currently living near the Woodcroft field and we find the environment very nice. We enjoying walking around the field and sometimes taking a stroll around the Woodcroft lake. The Centro shopping centre is close and convenient.

Woodcroft is a very nice outer west suburb in the Blacktown City Council. Although it shares it's post code with Doonside, it is miles apart when it comes to surroundings. 80% of the dwellings are double storey , well maintained and owner occupier . The lake gives the suburb a touch of prestige and the the greenery all around combined with the peacefulness surroundings , makes it a family friendly place to reside.
