After having no success with the numerous high profile real estate agents we engaged to sell our 2 apartments on the Gold Coast we were fortunate to be approached by Alan MacGillivray. Thank you for making our property investment so much easier due to your knowledge of units in and around the Gold Coast and for giving us the confidence to put our trust in you both. We purchased a unit from Alan in 2001 and after experiencing difficulty with the management of the building (that were supposed to be looking after it) and not to mention there lack of communication; we decided to hand it over to Alan and Lorraine; who had it rented permanently within a week, it was contracted for 6 months and we still have the same tenants in their today 18 months later. We have had no problems whatsoever since! As we live interstate, we are pleased that you are managing our property, as you are two individuals that we can trust. We don't have to worry about our investment and we know that our property is in good hands.
