"Diligent"

Benjamin was a diligent agent with excellent communication who worked consistently to get the best deal for both parties. He put in a tremendous amount of time to ensure the property was right for me and was caring in his approach when discussing prices. Ben was open and responded promptly to all inquiries and offered significant personal and professional expertise throughout the purchase process. I will be returning to Ben for future rental and purchase inquiries.

"Very open and transparent"

From the start Benjamin was very open and transparent on the steps needed to close the deal, and make the buying process as easy as possible, especially for a first time homebuyer. Even more importantly was his clear and quick communication in answering questions after the deal closed, where he went far beyond his role in assisting in various manners. Benjamin genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, trustworthy, and someone I would highly recommend.

"A Pleasure"

It has been more than a pleasure having Ben sell my property. As a first time seller the journey was new and Ben was clear and transparent with every step of the way. I cannot recommend Benjamin Martin from CobdenHayson highly enough. Benjamin recently sold my apartment in Bondi Junction in just 7 days, which was an incredible result. "Above and Beyond"

Cobden and Hayson had sold a previous property for us and were currently managing this particular unit from a rental basis. On deciding to sell Ben was recommended to us. From day one Ben's approach was courteous and straight forward. He went above and beyond as to what we expected and although market conditions became somewhat difficult due to steady interest rate rises Ben remained committed to the task at hand and always remained positive. An excellent result was achieved with a sale above our expectations. Ben is honest and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Ben as an agent to sell any property in any area.
