"Just 4 Weeks"

I have known Chris Gatt for several years as my broker. Recently, Chris successfully sold my house after just 4 weeks after going on the market, which was a surprise to me. He also managed to find a buyer that my timelines. Marketing and getting the contract signed is only the initial step Chris has an exceptionally cheerful personality in being calm and helped the transaction go through by managing the expectations of the buyer and mine. His timely and intelligent advice was extremely invaluable in ensuring all aspects were taken of till completion.
