Courtney represented the vendor exceptionally well - she knew the property and the market well which gave me confidence as a buyer. She was generous with her time and flexible, and I think in addition, she's got the ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective buyers (such as myself) - I found her to be a straight-shooter, really quick at managing communication between the vendor and myself, and she was constantly managing expectations - this made it relatively easy to purchase the apartment listed by Courtney in a time when there was a myriad of other opportunities. I'd be very happy for Courtney to represent me when selling any of my property, well done.

Her professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm for the property was so far beyond anything I experienced with agents representing other properties and there is absolutely no question that her regular and respectful communication (without being pushy or too 'salesy') kept me interested and resulted in the eventual purchase/sale, and the excellent service didn't end when the contract was signed.
