"Filippa is an extremely competent, confident and totally professional real estate agent."

Filippa did an amazing job selling the home of our very elderly parents. She showed great empathy and sympathy when our father passed away during the selling process. She was always mindful of the need to cause minimal disruption and discomfort to our elderly mother and the entire family but at the same time completed multiple inspections of the property during the most difficult restrictions applied by the government due to the COVID pandemic. The end result was truly amazing! She sold the house prior to auction (which in itself was a blessing) and for a price we would never have dreamed possible. Thank you Filippa, we will always be grateful for the fantastic job you did for us at one of the most difficult times in our life. I would not hesitate to recommend Filippa to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
