I had the pleasure of working with Jason Georges, Licensed Real Estate Agent, Ray White Willoughby, 568A Willoughby Road, Willoughby NSW. 2068 for the sale of my home in 5 Adolphus Street, Naremburn NSW 2065. I met Jason in 2014 when I was caring for my elderly mother who had dementia. We asked for an evaluation on the house so we could sell it, at some still unknown time, and place Mum in an aged care facility. The evaluation confirmed our own thoughts on the actual price of the house, and we realized that our plans for my mother were viable. Jasons caring attitude impressed me even more when he brought us a list of aged care facilities near and around Naremburn, the area my mother had lived in all her life. In 2015, my mother and I returned to the house in Naremburn (from my home in Mexico) with intention to sell. Jason had kept in touch with us through email during our time away always discreet, always interested. Jason guided us through the process in a gentle, delicate way, always aware of my mothers feelings when explaining what had to be done and how to prepare the house for sale. I found him to be a thoughtful boy, yet very clear as to what we needed to do and how to get to the sale most efficiently. I like his lets-do-this attitude, plus his let-me-do-that-for-you dispositionan effective duo. When offers for house started coming through, Jasons knowledge and personalization of our case helped us in the decision to hold on till the auction. We got the best possible price for the property and my mother couldnt have been happier. Though we were sad to leave a home that had been in the family for 100 years, we were pleased to have sold it so well and with the help of a charming young man who knew his market and also knew how to carry off the sale most efficiently. We loved working with Jason for his efficiency, kindness and clear explanation, and for his ability to recognize and adapt to our needs.
