"Selling 17 Haven Way Atwell"
Jason advertised my home on 23rd May 2022. The following weekend had the home open on Sat 28th and Sunday 29th May. The home sold that weekend. Jason is very professional and approachable for any help or advice which I was grateful for as I do not have a partner. I would (and will) highly recommend Jason and Semple Property Group as a Real Estate Agent.

Would definitely recommend using Jason. I have actually recommended him for some friends already. Good knowledge of the area and very helpful with all aspects of my sale. . My house sold before even getting on the market and for the price I wanted.

"Found Jason to be very polite, professional, helpful"
Jason was very helpful , knowledgeable, any questions asked he would answer, if he didnt have the answer he would find out. Any calls or messages were answered in a timely manner. Jason made a stressful time less stressful. Would highly recommend him to friends and family. Should I move again would request the services of Jason.

"Jason sold our property."
Jason comes across as a very friendly, professional and positive person. Prior to meeting Jason our property was on the market for 3 months without any interest at all. Once Jason took over, he put his positive professionalism to work and sold our property in Baldivis in the first week. I would highly recommend Jason and will definitely be letting people know about him if they need a property sold. Thank you Jason it has been a pleasure dealing with you.

I cant rate Jason enough to sell your home and genuinely care about the seller and the buyers best interests. Jason acts swiftly but with integrity and is a great guy to deal with and communicate with at all times. Jason sold my home in the first home open.

"Couldnt recommend highly enough."
As the title reads, I couldnt recommend Jason, Jessie and the Semple group highly enough following our recent experience selling our house through them. As first home owners, our experience when first buying our house was pretty poor. The communication was limited at best and we just felt like a paycheque. The thing that stuck with us most is we had to go to the head office to pick up our keys at settlement, there was no congratulations or recognition of any kind. We may as well have just moved into a rental. The service we received from Jason when it came time to sell was night and day from our previous experience. He was attentive and maintained good communication throughout. While settlement was happening, Jason and Jessie always kept us in loop, and replied quickly to any queries we had. During settlement we had moved to the regions, Jason made himself available to help out with the various inspections and to sort out issues. As an example, we had to get our smoke alarms recertified for final inspection. As we had already moved, Jason arranged for electricians to do the job in a timely manner and made himself available to let them onto the property. By final inspection, all of the minor issues had been sorted, despite us being 500km away. Jason is friendly, easygoing and makes you as a customer feel important. I can only hope we get someone like Jason when buying our next home.

"Jason is the real estate king!"
We bought a house through Jason recently and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We were searching for a long time and attended many of Jason's home opens. Jason is a true professional - super responsive, patient and generous with his time. His local knowledge is second to none. If I'm selling in the future, or if friends and family need a recommendation, it's Jason we'll be going to. If you're selling a home, this is the guy you need in your corner. And if you're a buyer, head to Jason's home opens because he's truly a fountain of local knowledge and so pleasant to deal with. A very smooth process overall for all parties involved.
