Lea was an absolute professional and approachable at all times. Lea arrived early to every open home with her scented candle and personalizes water bottles, the extra touches were a nice touch. Our property hit reserve at auction and everything ran smoothly. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Lea Peacock if you are selling or buying property.

"Riverstone Crossing Sale"
Lea put her all into selling our 2nd property, even more than the 1st. Didn't think it was possible. She went above and beyond what I could ever expect a sales agent to do. Lea is friendly, genuine, professional, tells it how it is and believes in doing the right thing. No shortcuts, no gimmicks. We had a few issues with this second property and Lea's advice enabled me to make informed decisions regarding preparation of the property for the sale. We value her advice so much that when I was about to accept an early offer, Lea's comments and knowledge of the market convinced me to hold on a few more days. We did this and accepted an offer of $30k more. Lea has a passion to do her absolute best for her clients. I highly recommend her to anyone selling their property.

“Main artery of Maudsland”
Maudsland Rd is the main artery through Maudsland. It conects all the major estates together. Over 12 years ago the speed limit was a 100 km and over the years it has come down to 70 km. Its a lovely drive, however it doesn’t have footpaths and is now quite busy.
