“Parkland- A- Plenty!”

Wattle Valley Road boasts beautiful natural bushland settings from all ends including Antonio Park, Yarran Dheran and the Eastlink trail that runs between. Many of the properties are situated on elevated allotments with some beautiful and unique homes enjoying this peaceful pocket of Mitcham.

“All the character and charm of yesteryear”

Fellows Street to those who don’t know it is an amazing tree lined street full of period style timber homes and is only a few minutes walk to the local supermarket and train station as well as being a short drive to Eastland shopping centre and the Eastern freeway.

“So close to everything yet a safe and quiet street”

A beautiful street with little village atmosphere of its own. At the Vermont end Glenburnie Road has a country lane feel with many stunning homes positioned on larger than average block sizes and enjoys direct access to Buckanbe Park. The Mitcham end of Glenburnie Roaad enjoys close proximity to Simpson Park and Rangeview Shops.

“A peaceful retreat at the end of a busy day”

I have just completed building our new family home here and already love the location, with 180 degree views of Collina Dell it is a natural haven of assorted bird life and leafy aspects from our front deck. It is close to all the services Mitcham has to offer being transport, great schools and an abundance of parkland.
