We have known Sachin for more then 15 years. It all started with a telephone call to Sachin, and Voila! the house was sold in no time. We are novice when it comes to selling our house, we needed someone to simplify the process and provide us with assurance, Sachin is an incredibly proficient agent, professional and has excellent communication with the clients and his team. We felt at ease during the entire sale process. Sachin organised the media (Photo shooting), floorplan drawing all in one day and wasted no time to publish the advertisement, which is vital especially when you are trying to sell quickly. Inspections were conducted so professionally, we were informed of the times a lot earlier, and Sachin was always on time. Sachin always thrived to find competitive offers to satisfy us, and we were extremely happy with the final offer. We can not thank Sachin enough for his valuable time and support and will definitely recommend him to all family and friends.

Buying house is never easy, especially for a first home buyer. However, I would say I've been very lucky to buy a nice home with Sachin's assistance because everything went very smoothly. When doing the final inspection, some appliances were not working and he called the owner straight away while we were there, and they were fixed in the following day. Sachin was very quick in response and at the front foot for everything which I really appreciate! Five stars rating for sure!
