Does the railway create a great deal of noise?

A little from the freight train that comes through very occasionally and only if you are few houses from or on Royston Pde or Pacific Hwy. Otherwise the suburb is a delight and very peaceful to live in, even with the train line.The railway station is with 12 minutes walk from anywhere in Asquith and has the express stop as there well.
