"Ballan Road is nothing more than a carpark during peak hour"

Even with the service road in Ballan Road Werribee, the stench of car exhausts abounds, you cannot open your house windows until peak traffic has eased. People use the road as a race track, hoons and motor bike riders, rarely see police doing anything. The smell is the worse, I wouldn't buy on this main road...
