Does anyone knows anything about selling Pacific Harbour Golf course for aged care?

I have Got information that Pacific Harbour Golf course wasnt doing too well financially and the owner is looking to sell off maybe half the course, leave 9 holes and build an aged care facility? Does anybody know anything about it? I appreciate answer.
