"Connecting Road that has you close to everything"
The eastern end of Bay Road has you at the Victor Harbor High School, the library and Council offices. It follows the picturesque Inman River for a while then veers off to go past the hospital, retirement villages and ends near the new housing developments on the eastern side of Encounter Bay. Bay Road is a road connecting Victor Harbor to Encounter Bay and traffic typically flows smoothly along it. The western end of the road is full of new housing developments (low maintenance, small land sizes) and homes typically around the 1980's build style.

A long stretch road just out of the centre of Victor Harbour. Close services such as Victor Harbour Private Hospital, Victor Harbor Childcare and Education Centre, Victor Harbor High School and just a very short drive to Franklin Parade right on the water. Having many close services to Bay Road is a great attraction to buyers. Being so close to the beach but also being such a close drive to Victor Harbor Central is a win, win.
