Linford Place: a very quiet street close to Samantha Riley Drive for an easy exit. Close to Beaumont Hills PS and buses to the city and the new Kellyville Metro station.

Hamish Court. A quiet small cul-de-sac, minutes walk to city bus service, primary school, IGA shops, Smalls Creek Cycleway. Will also have easy shuttle bus access to the new Kellyville Metro station from the nearby bus stop.
