Reviews of Beechina, WA

"On the way to Northam."

Beechina is a small township within the Shire of Mundaring. The name is taken from an Aborignal word which refers to the 'white gum tree valley' which is nearby. The name was first recorded by P Chauncey in 1847, when he worked as a land surveyor on the road to Northam. The area is mostly rural land use and is popular with families seeking a country escape, or those wanting a horse or hobby farm property.
