Reviews of Bland Street, Ashfield
"Combining cosmpolitain Ashfield with the village feel of Haberfield - great for public transport"
Bland St Ashfield is a brilliant spot in Sydney's Inner West. It's just metres away from the nearest bus stop for quick access into the city and is a ten minute walk to Ashfield train station. Close access to Parramatta Road and the City Westlink is also super convenient. It's just a short walk to Haberfield centre, with its village feel local shops, Italian deli's, coffee shops and restaurants, as well as being close to cosmopolitan Ashfield with its shopping mall, Asian eateries and supermarkets. Burwood Westfield is also only a quick trip away. It's walking distance to a couple of excellent daycare centres, a stone's throw to Haberfield School and a short walk to Ashfield School which makes Bland Street a great location for families with young children. There are several parks, playgrounds and green spaces within easy walking distance, including the beautiful Ashfield Park where anything goes expect soccer, tai chi, music practice and more any day or the week, as well as several events throughout the year. There are many more outdoor spaces, including the beautiful Bay Run just a short drive or bike ride away.

"Narrow and no parking"
Driving along this street is very frustrating and trying to park there is worst. Many residents have one parking spot but two or more cars, there is also a school and church. Also many units are rented to overseas students
