There is a medical practice at Bradbury Shopping Centre, once that is closed, if serious and can't wait until the next day, I would suggest Campbelltown Emergency Department which is approximately 1km away.

Most of the local Medical Centres are open til around 10pm. For any medical emergency after that time, I'd head straight to Campbelltown Hospital. They have a GP service located on site however, once that is closed, there is the Emergency Department and also the Urgent Care Centre where you can get help.
