Is it easy to find rental properties in Brunswick?

There are definitely plenty of properties available to lease in Brunswick but being a sought after location because of it proximity to the CBD of Melbourne there is plenty of competition. There is a range to choose from as well - from newer apartments, renovated and un-renovated single font terraces as well as double front family homes.
Make sure you have applications and references ready to go as most properties do not last for too long.

Very easy to find but sometimes challenging to secure the best rental property. Ensure your application is thorough and it wont hurt to introduce yourself to an agent and follow up with a courtesy email.

at the moment there is plenty up for rent in Brunswick. The busy time of the year has passed as the majority of people will look for rental properties in the first 3 months of the year. In saying this there will still be a competitive market but you will have a much easier time locking down a rental property.
